Interesting Conversation During A Routine Inspection
Good morning everyone, hope you're all doing well. I wanted to ask for some opinions after something unexpected came up during a routine inspection at our facility. One of our older machines had been operating normally, but the engineering team wanted to improve its overall efficiency before increasing production. During the discussion, one technician suggested evaluating the existing magnetic transformer because they believed it could be influencing the system’s performance more than we realized. That was a new perspective for me, and now I’m curious about real-world experiences. Has anyone here worked with one, and did it make a noticeable difference after installation or replacement?
